Founder · Head Coach
Jörn is a certified trainer and systemic coach and a former Junior Associate Partner at McKinsey. His work combines career coaching with experience in corporate development, commercial excellence, customer experience and digitalization. He has interviewed candidates, reviewed applications and developed training programs for consultants.
He brings a structured approach to career decisions, positioning and the conversations that move a transition forward.
Head Coach
Giorgos is a certified career counselor with a background in supporting professionals through career decisions. His experience includes work with a Greek NGO, helping people explore their options and navigate their next steps.
His approach brings practical structure, reflection and individual guidance to the questions behind a career change.
Head of Operations
Jesica has a degree in Corporate Management and a background in client service and operational support, including experience at Volkswagen.
She supports the team and clients with administration, coordination and the processes that help the coaching experience run smoothly.
